Tis' the season of the good witch.....the warlock.....the vampire......the wizard.....the werewolf, and lots of other scary characters - those that create past, present and future nightmares !

With that said I'm pleased to bring back the original trio of terror for many of us:

Remember back when you made your own Halloween costume? You could be anyone or anything that you wanted to be....from very scary to a beautiful princess.

The world was ours to create our own magic. My mind wanders back to the halcyon days of being a kid on Halloween. Ideas and images were always swirling around in my head, and they haven't stopped.

Cats on the prowl, bats on the wing, warm candle glow on everything - lights on the porch, grins on the ghosts, and thoughts of those we love the most.

It seemed to have taken forever but we're now starting to smell the pumpking spice again around my studio which means Halloween is just around the corner!

Sisters of the Magic Broom.....Unite

It's time for a tuneup on my broom and for creating more of my OOAK miniatures. Time is almost here to head into my favorite celebration of them all....Halloween!

Sum Sum Summertime

Summertime and most of the country is working up a sweat. As record heat grips many areas from coast to coast and around the globe, my studio stays cool and my ideas for new miniature creations contnue to heat up!

It's no sceret....creating your miniature world by filling it with unique things you love and enjoy, like I'm sure you do in your own personal space, can truly turn your miniature doll house, room box, cottage or castle into a your second home!

It's such fun to change the look of a room or even to create an entirely new miniature world that you lovingly design. Those actions are things to enjoy and should make you smile as you go about your day! If we don't put some adventure and fun into our life, who will, right?

Time To Reflect & Remember

Cheers to the 1940's and to the times of growth we continue to experience as a people. A toast to those we looked up to and to the friends we've made - old and new!

I was fortunate to start developing and using my creative spirit at an early age. Art in many different forms, from drawing, painting, sculpting and finally designing one of a kind miniatures are all skills I've used to make my mark in life.

It's hard to believe that I've been a miniature artist for many years...and what a ride it's been so far! Each year in my studio seems to go faster and faster and fortunately the ideas keep coming. My passion of creating all forms of miniatures doesn't slow down.

Once again the sky is filled with mystery at this spooky time of year, Halloween approaches and I couldn't be more excited! By now you should know that celebrating this fun day and night is at the top of my list for thing to do.
